Q1. HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT NEW FLAVOURS?

Make sure you’re signed up to our email newsletters or follow our social channels to be kept up to date with any new product launches and faq’s.

Q2. DOES YOUR RUM CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS?

Our rum does not contain any of the 14 recognised allergens required for declaration on the packaging.

Q3. IS YOUR RUM SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS/VEGANS?

Yes, all of our rums are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Q4. WHAT MIXER DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR EACH RUM?

Our suggested serve can be seen in the product description on the product page. This is just a suggestion as you may wish to experiment with different mixers – feel free to tell us your ideas!

Q5. WHAT GARNISH DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR EACH RUM?
We have lots of suggestions and cocktails on our website – but it’s always good to experiment! View our cocktails here.

ORDER FAQ’S

Q6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We currently do not offer a tracking service, however, we aim to get all orders delivered within 2-4 working days using Royal Mail. If there are any unexpected delays or problems with the delivery at any time please we will get in touch with you.

Q7. I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Please email hello@aztec-rum.com  – we will check all emails prior to dispatching orders but the quicker you contact us the easier it is!

Q8. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER – WHO DO I CONTACT?

Please email hello@aztec-rum.com and we will be with you Monday-Friday within 1 working day.

Q9. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Our standard spirit delivery is 2-4 working days.

Q10. HOW DO I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

You can enter a discount code just before you make the payment within the checkout section of the website.

Q11. HOW CAN I DONATE TO THE GUARDIANS OF THE RAINFOREST FOUNDATION?

We are working closely with our partner Panama Wildlife Conservation in order to allow our customers to make donations directly through our website or as part of their order. £1 from every bottle sold on our website goes directly to PWC. Q12. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?

We don’t currently have a physical shop but we sell all of our products on the website as well as in retailers.
