Social Media Competition T&Cs

1- The promoter is Aztec Drinks Limited, Orchard House, Evesham Road, Broadway WR12 7HU. 

2- The competition is open to residents of legal drinking age of 18, from the United Kingdom. 

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- The rules of the Instagram competition to enter are as follows:

6- The rules of the Facebook competition to enter are as follows:

7 - The competition for Facebook and Instagram will end on 3rd March at 9am GMT. 

8 - The prizes are as follows:

- 1 x bottle of Aztec Gold Rum Charred Sugarcane (Instagram competition prize)

- 1 x bottle of Aztec Gold Rum Coconut & Pineapple (Facebook competition prize)

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

9 - Winner will be chosen randomly.

10 - The winner of the Instagram contest will be notified by DM on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11 - The winner of the Facebook contest will be notified by comment on Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

13 - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

14 - Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

15 - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Aztec Gold Rum and not to any other party. BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSHOP:

By placing an order with Aztec Gold Rum, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing your order. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

AVAILABILITY:

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

TERMS OF AGE OF CONSENT:

Aztec Drinks Ltd will not sell alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our courier will require proof of age prior to alcoholic goods being handed over. If you or the person receiving your delivery appears to be under 25, you will need to produce valid ID to accept your order or it will be withheld, and a refund issued. The only acceptable proof of identity shall be a photographic driver’s licence or passport.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:

Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days (UK Only) and is complimentary on orders over £50. We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, however as we use a third-party courier service, on occasions we may experience delays. Please be advised that whilst we ship to most locations within the UK we do not offer this service for Jersey, Guernsey, The Orkney Islands, The Isle of Scilly, Ireland, The Highlands, The Isle of Wight and The Isle of Man. Please contact us directly, for advice on delivery to these locations. Aztec Gold Rum requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Aztec Gold Rum and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email hello@aztec-rum.com

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
